In Australia, the first Red Baron, DavidVoight, took to the skies in a Tiger Moth in June 1983. For the next nine yearsRed Baron’s Tiger Moth was a familiar sight over Sydney Harbour. Under newmanagement in 1994, Red Baron’s fleet expanded, as did the range of scenicflights and thrill-seeker flights on offer. In May 2005 Red Baron once againchanged hands and today flies from Red Baron HQ at Bankstown Airport overSydney Harbour, the northern beaches and the Blue Mountains.
JOEL HASKI - Chief Pilot / Director: Joel wasthe NSW Aerobatics Champion in 1995 and in 1997 became an instructor at SydneyAerobatic School, which he eventually bought in 2005 along with the Red Baronbusiness. Joel has well in excess of 5000 aerobatic flight hours as well asexperience in charter and aerial photography for film and television.
ENZO IACONO - Pilot: Enzo has been flying forover twenty years and spent much of that time as a pilot and aerobatic flightinstructor for Red Baron. With a long list of ratings and endorsements Enzo hasflown aerobatics, formation, twin-engine charter and international ferryflying, as well as flying for photographic shoots and TV commercials.
